As Steve Jobs said, "Details matter, it's worth getting it right." A well-crafted marketing plan is only as good as the execution of its details. That's why I focus heavily on the timing, the channel, the medium, the audience, the creative, the interface, and the experience. These details matter.

A big part of marketing is measurement. If you can't measure it, don't do it. Before you invest your time and money in any marketing effort, I'll make sure you not only define success, but that you have a real way to measure it. I believe in testing different executions to see what works best, comparing results, and forging ahead.
