The Empathetic Marketer Workshop Series

In this 10-week customized workshop series, your team will learn how to apply the Empathy in Action process to create an empathetic brand, product, or service that deeply connects and inspires action. Marissa will work with your team to develop brand positioning and messaging strategies that align with your organization’s goals and reflect the needs and values of the people you serve.

    This process is informed by the empathy triad developed by psychologists Daniel Goleman and Paul Ekman which includes emotional empathy, cognitive empathy, and action-based, or compassionate empathy.
