Founder

  • Marissa is an organizational empathy consultant, experienced marketing leader, and creator of the Empathetic Marketing Process. She started Latshaw Marketing in 2016 with the goal of helping teams harness empathy to create meaningful connections and sustainable business results. She specializes in qualitative audience research, strategic positioning, and marketing planning and has worked with organizations large and small, across industries including: software, financial services, manufacturing, nonprofit, and creative. Before Latshaw Marketing, Marissa was the Vice President of Marketing at GigMasters, and prior to that held leadership positions in the technology and publishing industries.

Jack Prettyman
Creative & Design

  • Jack has spent the past decade working as a graphic designer and creative director for ad agencies, small startups, and large corporations across various industries. He is a versatile creative and has filled many roles from strategy, to design, to production, to project management, but his passion is in building brand identities from the ground up and developing beautiful, yet functional visual systems.

Margo Reynolds
Communications Strategy

  • Margo has led digital engagement and community outreach initiatives for many of the nation’s leading nonprofits in the K-12 education sector. Her work has centered on education policy, curriculum development, school leader training, professional development, health advocacy, and social justice. With over a decade of experience in marketing and communications, Margo specializes in crafting creative multi-channel digital strategies that bridge the gap between creative storytelling and strategic impact.

    Areas of expertise: brand messaging & strategy development; campaign & event strategies; brand collateral; website content development; digital marketing (email, social, paid ads); thought leadership (keynotes, op eds, blog posts).

  • Fisher Green Creative is a Maine-based digital marketing agency with a personal, hands-on approach. Specializing in social media marketing, they craft customized strategies that reflect each client’s unique voice and goals.   • Alex heads a Connecticut-based design studio that specializes in creating identity and communication programs for cultural, educational, and cause-related organizations.
